I submitted a credentialing/recredentialing application to your network. Can I have access to and review the credentialing/recredentialing information your network obtained to evaluate my application?

Recredentialing is an automatic process conducted every three years, unless state and federal regulations or accreditation agency standards state otherwise, or if a practitioner's employment status changes within an organization. If your file is not up to date or items are missing, you or your admin team will be notified by written request and/or email notifications.
